Anna Shabaeva manufactures decorative and innovative ceramics. When creating her ceramic artworks, she focuses on applying colour effects. She pays a lot of attention to the graphic design of her work. The decorative layers she uses are usually executed in chamotte and thematically linked to the world she knows and loves well. Her compositions indirectly refer to images of people, animals and things that she unconsciously has on her retina. An essential aspect of her work is timelessness. Her work survives all fashions and trends, due to the absolute absence of everyday life.
